Terms of Use

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Erumore. They are short on purpose: use Erumore honestly, be 16 or older, do not cheat or abuse it, and remember that AI can make mistakes.

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

Erumore is provided by Erumore (“we”): the websites erumore.com and app.erumore.com and the Erumore phone app, with a free trial for new accounts and three plans: the Academy Fee, Adept and Adept Whisper (Adept with a voice tutor). By creating an account, or by continuing to use Erumore after accepting these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Erumore. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use Erumore

You must be at least 16 years old. When you create an account you confirm that you are. Give us true information, and keep one account for yourself. If you are under 16, do not use Erumore; if you find you are, tell us on the consent screen and your account is deleted.

3. The service

Erumore lets you take closed-book skill tests across a map of fields and subjects (ranked tests count toward your standing; practice tests do not), study with an AI tutor, discuss topics, review what you missed, and compare your standing on leaderboards. Features may vary by plan.

Erumore is for learning. It is not a school, an exam board or a certification body, and your scores, levels and distinctions are Erumore’s own measures, not qualifications. Questions, grades, explanations and tutoring are produced by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

4. Your account

Keep your password safe and do not share your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. Your display name appears on leaderboards: choose one that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and does not reveal anyone’s private information. We may change a name that breaks this rule.

5. Fair use

Tests are closed-book: do not look up answers, ask other people or use other AI tools while you take one. You agree not to:

  • cheat, or help others cheat, in ranked tests, or try to get around the signals that keep tests fair;
  • use bots, scripts or other automation, or collect questions, answers or content in bulk;
  • copy, resell or republish the service, or use it to train or build an AI model;
  • reverse engineer the apps, probe or attack the service, or overload it;
  • get around the limits of your plan, including the daily limits and the daily AI budget;
  • write unlawful, hateful or harassing content in your name or in anything you send.

If you break these rules we may reduce the weight of your results, reset your standing, suspend your account or delete it.

6. The free trial and the plans

A new account starts with a free trial of 7 days with everything the Academy Fee includes. After it, ranked tests and lessons need a plan: the Academy Fee, Adept or Adept Whisper, each a paid subscription. Your account, what you have earned and your data stay whether or not you choose one. What each plan includes is shown in Settings → Plan, together with the daily limits. Prices shown in the app are in US dollars and include VAT (Academy Fee: $0.99 a week, $2.99 a month, $29.99 a year; Adept: $2.99 a week, $9.99 a month, $99.99 a year; Adept Whisper: $5.99 a week, $19.99 a month, $189.99 a year); the app store shows the price in your currency before you pay.

Payments are not open yet: nothing is charged, and no free trial ends. When the plans go on sale, this applies:

  • Nothing is charged when a free trial ends: a plan starts only when you choose one.
  • The Academy Fee, Adept and Adept Whisper are billed weekly, monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe, at the start of each period.
  • It renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. We tell you in advance if the price will change, at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you may cancel before it does.
  • Cancel at any time. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store’s subscription settings; if you subscribed on the web, cancel in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Purchases through an app store are billed, managed and refunded by that store under its rules.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to start your plan straight away, you will be asked to confirm that, and if you then withdraw you pay for the time you have used. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law gives you.

7. Your content and ours

Your answers and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy, only to run Erumore for you. We do not use your answers to train AI models.

Erumore, including its software, design, knowledge atlas and the way questions are built and graded, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own learning, not for any commercial purpose. Questions and feedback the AI writes for you are for your use; do not republish them in bulk.

8. Scores, leaderboards and distinctions

Scores, mastery, rankings and distinctions are calculated automatically from AI-graded answers. We improve the rules over time, so numbers and places can change, and we may remove results that come from cheating or errors. We do not promise any particular rank.

9. Changes and availability

We work to keep Erumore available, but it may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because an AI or hosting provider is down. We may change or remove features. If a change reduces something you paid for, we will tell you and treat you fairly as the law requires. Write to contact@explar.space for help.

10. Ending your use

You may stop at any time and delete your account in Settings → Privacy and data, or at /delete-account. We may suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where we can. When an account is deleted its data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections about content, fair use, liability and law continue to apply after that where they must.

11. Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or the rights consumers have if digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for decisions you make because of AI-generated content.

12. Law and disputes

Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right. Please write to us first so we can try to solve the problem. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution and the help of consumer organisations in their country.

13. Changes to these terms

We change these terms when Erumore or the law changes. The version date is at the top. For changes that matter to you we ask you to accept the new version the next time you open the app. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
